About the Role

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to lead our retail operations in the South East region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team of store managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of store managers to achieve business objectives, drive sales growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Store Performance: Monitor and improve store performance, including sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
  • Talent Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store managers and staff.
  • Business Planning: Collaborate with the retail operations team to develop and implement business plans, including sales forecasts, marketing strategies, and operational initiatives.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all stores provide exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all stores comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in retail operations, leadership, and management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
