Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our high-performing retail stores in the South East region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of store managers to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability
- Manage store budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators to ensure business success
- Collaborate with head office teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and best practices
- Identify and develop opportunities for business growth and improvement
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of retail operations, customer behavior, and market trends
