About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Prime Appointments. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the Earls Colne area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase business from allocated accounts
  • Ensure clients are fully aware of the products and services offered by our company
  • Oversee the client pipeline across property sales, maintenance, insurance, and valuations
  • Build relationships with key accounts and develop new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Previous experience selling to professional services sector
  • Experience in using a CRM system
  • Exceptional customer and communication service skills
  • Ability to overcome objections over the telephone
  • Good IT skills including experience with Office 365 programs
  • Experience within the property and housing industry desirable
