Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Public Space Officer to join our team at Wilson James. As a Public Space Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent hospitality and security services to our clients and customers in a busy publicly accessible location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming and engaging service to all persons entering the site
  • Ensure the security and safety of those working and visiting the site
  • Support the day-to-day operational requirements of the contract in line with customer and contractual expectations
  • Act as a Concierge and provide relevant information to customers about the site and surrounding area
  • Be the initial point of contact for all persons entering the site and respond promptly to all incidents

Requirements:

  • SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure in challenging situations
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual
