Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Co-ordinator to join our Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a range of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional events, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure. You will be responsible for collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand event objectives and requirements.
- Plan, organise, and execute events, including developing concepts, themes, and agendas.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues, managing event budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Arrange and dismantle event setups, ensuring the office is restored to its original state.
As an Office Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all team members and guests. This will involve welcoming guests and clients, maintaining the office environment, and ensuring all spaces are kept clean and tidy.
- Welcome guests and clients, offering refreshments and assistance.
- Maintain the office environment, including the fridges, snacks, and stationery.
- Manage the parking spaces for team members and guests, creating a booking system.
- Collect and distribute post, and assist with travel arrangements and room bookings.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as an Office Co-ordinator, Events Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
