About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Management Professional to join our team at Land Securities. As a key member of our Workplace Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering a premium, proactive, and innovative workplace experience to our customers and brand partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer & Brand Partner Experience
    • Deliver a comprehensive and fully integrated management service to occupiers and stakeholders at prestigious, high-value assets within the Land Securities Workplace Portfolio.
    • Strengthen relationships with our existing customers and brand partners by proactively engaging with them and listening to their needs, while striving to exceed customer expectations.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage financial and commercial risk, set budgets, and control finances within budget parameters.
    • Own the non-recoverable P&L for each asset, with responsibility for managing a Service Charge budget of circa.
  • Commercial Planning & Energy Management
    • Work in partnership with the Portfolio team to contribute to the asset strategy for their buildings, ensuring alignment with financial and commercial objectives.
  • Workplace Management
    • Use your knowledge and experience to generate ideas and innovations that create exceptional workplaces for our customers and brand partners, understanding the value and importance of operating a healthy environment that is clean and secure.
    • Manage the permit to work process, working alongside the Health & Safety department support teams to manage all MEBF contractor works in the building.
  • Service Partner Management
    • Responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of all service streams on site, including h3>
    Requirements
    • Experience in both the office and retail sectors, preferably in a mixed-use development.
    • Experience of financial management, including operational RICS service charge budgets.
    • A high standard of computer literacy.
