About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Executive Sales Director to join our team at ROSE & YOUNG RECRUITMENT LTD.

Job Summary:

  • Oversee and manage a national sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, clients, and board members.
  • Manage budgets, finances, and strategic growth initiatives to ensure the company's continued success.
  • Provide comprehensive business plans and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the board of directors and founders to create a long-term vision for the company.
  • Travel to client and distributor sites in the UK and Europe to build relationships and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Degree-educated or above in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience selling through a distribution network, with a track record of success and promotion.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and a deep understanding of branding, product, and market position.
  • Ability to create a long-term vision for the company and work closely with stakeholders to achieve goals.
