In response to our continuous growth, we are expanding our Internal Sales team.

The Client Relations Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding the Public Safety division, ensuring timely processing of renewals and smaller orders.

Success in this role will be evaluated based on the accuracy of forecasting new opportunities that drive revenue and margin, while exceeding customer expectations for straightforward proposals and identifying new business avenues in compliance with NEC Sales Governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the timely progression and processing of renewals, securing multi-year agreements where applicable.
  • Identify and manage sales opportunities, ensuring accountability for revenue targets related to smaller order intake as outlined in the internal sales commission structure.
  • Oversee commercial and contractual relationships for smaller sales opportunities, ensuring compliance with NEC's terms and conditions while maximizing contract longevity and profitability.
  • Establish NEC as a reliable partner for our clients, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Foster productive relationships with NEC colleagues across sales, projects, support, and service lines to develop effective solutions for client challenges.
  • Understand client pain points and collaborate with stakeholders within NEC SWS to provide swift resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to mandated processes and governance, including OAM, ECREM production, and CRM data management.
  • Maintain accurate and complete data within CRM to support financial forecasting and resource planning.
  • Ensure timely processing of won deals, addressing any issues promptly to facilitate swift delivery and invoicing.

Qualifications:

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of the Emergency Services Sector with the ability to discuss Police Systems, Services, and Solutions knowledgeably.
  • Proven experience in managing key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated capability to oversee sales opportunities from inception to completion.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in delivering or selling solutions related to public safety or mission-critical clients.
  • Ability to resolve issues within client accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • High standard of written communication.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
