Your Role

In your position as a Community Engagement Specialist, you will connect with individuals at various events and locations, inspiring them to support their local Wildlife Trust through monthly contributions via direct debit. Your dedication will play a crucial role in the conservation of nature and wildlife within the community.

What We Provide

Compensation

Enjoy excellent earning potential with no cap on commissions. Our leading team members frequently earn over £40.00 per hour, with an average earning of £17.00 per hour (£32,000 FTE). Additionally, you will receive a guaranteed minimum hourly wage of £15.00 for the initial 60 days, followed by £12.00 per hour thereafter.

Employment Type

We offer permanent part-time contracts tailored to fit your busy lifestyle. You will work three days a week at various pre-arranged events coordinated by our Venue Coordination Team. Be ready to work on weekends and public holidays to maximize your earning opportunities.

Training and Development

Receive extensive training and support from day one, including a four-day paid induction at our headquarters and in the field.
