Position Overview

Synapri is collaborating with a prominent player in the Manufacturing sector, seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence and Insights Lead to enhance their analytical capabilities.

This role is critical as it involves taking charge of the reporting operations within the organization. The selected candidate will engage in both routine and project-based tasks, with an initial emphasis on two significant initiatives: a Business Process Management (BPM) project and the development of a Commercial Data Lake.

The individual will also be tasked with generating Power BI reports and dashboards for various UK Business Units, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resources, supported by one direct report.

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in data analysis and report generation.
  • More than 5 years of expertise in Power BI, with advanced proficiency in Power Query and DAX.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in implementing SAP-Power BI connections.
  • Experience with Azure is highly preferred.
  • A background in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is advantageous.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model, requiring in-office presence approximately 50% of the time, with flexible working hours.

Compensation: Dependent on experience.
