Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional BI services: Facilitate strategic decision-making, enhance organizational effectiveness, and promote ongoing improvement. Communicate data effectively: Utilize interactive dashboards and engaging infographics to present data in a clear and compelling manner. Manage the project lifecycle: Oversee activities from requirements gathering and design to testing, ensuring comprehensive analysis and reporting capabilities. Oversee semantic layer management: Enhance and manage the semantic layer to standardize reporting and increase self-service analytics adoption. Analyze programs and processes: Collaborate on evaluating metrics, assessing program success, and identifying opportunities for process enhancements, making data-driven recommendations. Partner in insights and strategy: Work alongside business leaders to uncover insights, craft analytical narratives, and translate data into actionable strategies. Mentor and train users: Guide and educate business users to become proficient in self-service analytics. Manage stakeholder relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong connections across departments to understand and fulfill their data requirements. Lead the team: Supervise team members, inspire them, drive performance, address challenges, and provide necessary support. Stay updated on trends and technologies: Keep abreast of the latest data analytics tools and technologies, including GenAI, and recommend and implement advancements.Required Qualifications:
Several years of experience in BI and analytics initiatives, ideally within a cloud-based environment. Proven experience in leading and managing a BI/data analyst team. Proficiency in the Microsoft BI stack, advanced SQL, data modeling, and self-service analytics. Familiarity with data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud data platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities. Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship building. An innovative mindset, solution-oriented approach, comfort with ambiguity, and a focus on continuous improvement.Why Join Us?
