Job Title: Graduate Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Remote/Hybrid

As a Graduate Business Intelligence Analyst at THC Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to work with a well-established client, contributing to diverse data-driven projects. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Create reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy through quality checks.
Business Intelligence Development:
  • Support the design and maintenance of Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Enhance data visualisation and user experience.
Requirements Gathering:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Document requirements, data dictionaries, and process flows.
Data Mining & Insights:
  • Explore data to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams for project delivery.
  • Present insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data insights.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of data modelling, SQL, and statistical concepts.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
