Job Title: Business Intelligence and Database Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence and Database Analyst to join our team at S4 Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our IT Management team, you will work cross-functionally to provide, maintain, and update end-to-end business intelligence solutions to meet the company's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data architecture, data warehouse, business intelligence, and reporting solutions
  • Ensure data integrity and deliver new and innovative insights into the data
  • Manage a team of 3 and supervise various contractors across the business
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data management

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of SQL server database and data warehousing principles
  • Good knowledge of relational databases, ETL tools, and reporting/visualisation tools
  • Commercially adept with a good understanding of data architecture, data quality, data management, and measurement
  • ITIL Best Practice would be advantageous
