**Job Title:** Graduate Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic Business Intelligence team at Connect Recruitment. As a Graduate Business Intelligence Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse data-driven projects, gaining valuable experience in analysing and visualising business data to drive informed decision-making and support our organisation's growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with the Lead BI Analyst to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain data models, database structures, and SQL queries to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Design and develop data visualisations using tools such as Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • Provide data insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analysis.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for working with data to extract meaningful insights.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualisation tools, such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
  • Knowledge of data modelling concepts, database structures, and SQL query language.
  • Understanding of basic statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
  • Ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
