As the Business Intelligence and Analytics Lead, you will convert raw data into insightful business intelligence, influencing the trajectory of our organization. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional BI services: Facilitate strategic decision-making, enhance organizational performance, and promote ongoing improvement. Data presentation: Utilize interactive dashboards and engaging infographics to convey data in a creative and comprehensible manner. Project lifecycle oversight: Manage activities from requirements gathering and design through to testing, ensuring comprehensive analysis and reporting capabilities. Semantic layer oversight: Improve and oversee the semantic layer to standardize reporting and enhance self-service analytics adoption. Program and process evaluation: Collaborate on metric analysis, evaluate program effectiveness, and identify opportunities for process enhancements, providing data-driven recommendations. Insight and strategy collaboration: Work alongside business leaders to extract insights, craft analytical narratives, and convert data into actionable strategies. User development and training: Guide and train business users to become proficient in self-service analytics. Relationship management: Establish and maintain strong connections across departments to understand and fulfill their data requirements. Team leadership: Manage team members, inspiring them, driving performance, addressing challenges, and offering necessary support. Technology and trend awareness: Stay informed about the latest data analytics tools and technologies, including GenAI, and recommend and implement advancements.Required Qualifications:
Several years of experience in BI and analytics initiatives, ideally within a cloud-based environment. Proven experience in leading and managing a BI/data analyst team. Proficiency in the Microsoft BI stack, advanced SQL, data modeling, and self-service analytics. Familiarity with data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud data platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. You will be an innovative thinker, solution-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and focused on continuous improvement.Why Join Us?
