Branch Manager – Electrical Products

Job Overview

The Branch Manager – Electrical Products will be responsible for managing a branch and selling a wide range of distributed electrical products to M&E contractors or end users such as manufacturing warehouses.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing all aspects of P&L in the branch.
  2. Calling and visiting existing customers to establish and maintain relationships.
  3. Managing all facets of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales, and health & safety.
  4. Providing training, development, and motivation to all branch staff.
Ideal Candidate

The ideal applicant will have:

  1. Sales-focused branch manager experience within electrical wholesale.
  2. Experience selling to installers/contractors.
  3. A willingness to visit customers to build relationships and generate sales.
  4. Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  5. Ambitious, energetic, and enthusiastic.
  6. Personable and driven.
  7. UK Driving license.
  8. IT savvy.
