About the Organization:
Our client is a well-respected and established entity, frequently collaborating with prominent clients. As an Administrative Operations Specialist, you will work closely with the Operations Director to ensure seamless business operations and event organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Operations Director with administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations.
• Collaborate with senior management to plan, coordinate, and execute events.
• Utilize Event Management software to accurately document and manage event details.
• Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Oversee diary management and event/room booking systems.
• Take minutes and produce documentation for senior leadership meetings.
• Handle incoming calls and emails professionally.
• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with established processes and procedures.
• Support the organization in achieving its growth targets.
• Serve as the primary contact for office-related inquiries.
• Act as an IT and Systems advocate, providing essential support to colleagues.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate and distribute reports.

Candidate Profile:
