Key Responsibilities:

  • As the Category Development Manager, you will cultivate collaborative relationships with key strategic partners, focusing on major retailers.
  • Your primary objective will be to enhance the overall category performance for the retailer, leveraging your expertise in shopper and consumer behavior.
  • You will develop retailer-focused strategies, spearhead and implement growth initiatives tailored to specific retailers, optimize product range assessments, and foster robust retailer relationships through regular strategic discussions.
