Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to provide efficient and thorough management of the Accounts Receivable Ledger, Salesforce, and key administrative tasks to the Finance & support teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Accounts Receivable Ledger and ensure prompt resolution of any direct debit queries/issues.
- Raise all intercompany and manual invoices monthly and allocate all sales ledger transactions on Access Dimensions.
- Manage and complete all Salesforce tasks, maintaining a high quality of data through regular checks of error logs.
- Assist with the monthly direct debit run, manage the accounts inbox, and participate in the Performance Development Review process.
- Undertake IT training as required to ensure full and proper use of available technology.
- IT literate with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Good problem solver with previous Credit Control and Accounts Receivable experience.
- Knowledge of Access Dimensions and Salesforce desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
Salary: £25,000 PA
