Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Contact Centre Support Specialist to join our team at Pacifica. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound calls and web chat enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls from customers and clients, promoting our business while delivering world-class customer support related to appliance repairs.
  • Handle multiple web chats and incoming calls simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to senior team members or management as required.
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and target setting with your line manager.
  • Complete administrative tasks as assigned by management, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Ensure client portals are up-to-date and any queries or waiting approvals are cleared.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact centre environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to deliver a high level of service to internal and external clients.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Flexible working approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
  • Capable of multi-tasking, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft systems, including Excel and Word.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of client requirements, with the ability to be an expert in your field.
