About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contact Centre Agent to join our team at Pacifica Group Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls from customers and clients, promoting our business while providing world-class customer support related to appliance repairs.
  • Ability to handle multiple web chats and incoming calls simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
  • Ability to handle escalations from customers, providing a high level of service and support.
  • Undergo any training and development as required, completing online training courses through Pacifica's Learning Hub.
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and target setting with your line manager, ensuring you are meeting and exceeding expectations.
  • Carry out any administrative duties assigned by management, ensuring a high level of efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • 1 year minimum experience of working in a Customer Service/Contact Centre environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all internal and external clients and customers.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer queries.
  • Flexible working approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced Contact Centre environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding and proficient user of Microsoft systems, including Excel and Word.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of client requirements, with the ability to provide expert-level support.
