Job Summary:

This is a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse position, requiring a qualified and experienced professional to work in a community recovery setting. You will be responsible for assessing patients' mental health needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
