Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and caring Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with personal care, medication management, and household tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and able to work independently. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals. A background in care and support is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to all our staff.
