About This Role

Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Workforce Coordinator to join our integrated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of clinical attachments and doctor in training rotations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer the clinical attachment program, including arranging interviews, liaising with medical managers and consultants, managing the clearance process for successful attachments, and issuing contracts.
  • Collaborate with Medical Workforce Advisors to identify potential permanent positions for individuals completing clinical attachments who may be interested in joining our Trust.
  • Provide support to Medical Workforce Advisors in responding to exception reports submitted by doctors in training within required timeframes.
  • Assist the Medical Rostering Advisor in creating new starter records within the Healthroster system.
