This is an exciting new role for an experienced recruiter with experience in an MSP environment to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified contingent workers across various roles and industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media and networking events to identify potential candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on the contingent workforce hiring process.
  • Manage contingent worker processes including but not limited to: worker acquisition, onboarding, assignment management, time and expense management, and offboarding.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert [SME] for contingent worker recruitment (process, policy, promoting cost-saving initiatives and value-added services of Talent Works)
  • Maintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes in the vendor management system [VMS]
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks as needed.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations Internationally.
  • Monitor and manage recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and contingent workforce management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Basic Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruiting contingent workers
  • Strong knowledge of UK / European employment laws and regulations related to contingent workforce hiring such as IR35 and Statement of Work [SOW]
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Vendor Management Systems [VMS] and other recruitment technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A fast-paced, proactive and results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
