Recruitment Consultant Position Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be an integral part of our team, utilising your sales expertise to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant:
Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their recruitment needs.- Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels.- Utilise sales skills to effectively showcase services and close deals.- Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and manage the recruitment process.- Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates.- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Northampton branch.

Demonstrated sales experience with a history of achieving targets and closing deals.- Comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle and skilled in complex negotiations.- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Willingness to adapt and grow within the recruitment industry.- Holds a full UK driver's license and possesses a vehicle.
