About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Governance Manager to join our team at Royal London.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of fair value assessments and ongoing monitoring to ensure our propositions deliver good customer outcomes.
- Develop and implement processes to deliver value for customers, members, and internal stakeholders.
- Support the Customer Life Stage Directors, Long Standing Customer Director, Heads of Proposition, and Product in managing the risk of not delivering good customer outcomes across our propositions.
- Evaluate and escalate any significant issues, the likelihood of foreseeable harm, or failure to deliver required actions.
- Oversee and deliver regulatory/business reporting and MI requirements, ensuring reports are accurate and meet regulatory and business needs.
About You
We are looking for an individual with:
- Experience in people management.
- Relevant work experience in a product management and/or equivalent role.
- A strong customer focus and passion for delivering good outcomes for customers.
- The ability to influence at peer and management levels.
- Strong knowledge of the Pensions, Protection, Life, and Savings propositions in the market.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry and the legislative and regulatory framework.
