Product Governance Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Governance Manager to join our team at Aegon N.V. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and governance of our financial products and platform services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and governance reviews for our retail and workplace products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders across the Retail and Workplace proposition and operations teams.
  • Ensure all products are compliant with FCA regulations and operated in accordance with Aegon product life cycle management, procedures, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of Product Development Processes and Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Detailed understanding and working knowledge of pension and investment products, including distribution on a platform.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze and understand complex regulatory and technical contexts.
  • A clear communication style and the ability to present at different levels of technical knowledge.

What We Offer:

  • A non-contributory pension between 8%-12%.
  • A discretionary bonus, depending on personal and company performance.
  • 38 days leave per year (including bank holidays, pro-rated for part-time).
