We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Governance Manager to lead, support, and develop the Product Governance Team in the delivery of value-added and effective oversight of all UK propositions.

As the Senior Product Governance Manager, you will be responsible for providing insight on the delivery of or risk to good customer outcomes, including the likelihood of foreseeable harm, through fair value assessments and ongoing monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and extensive knowledge of product governance best practices. You should be detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional communication and people management abilities.

About You

  • Experience in people management
  • Relevant work experience in a product management and/or equivalent role
  • Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering good outcomes for customers
  • Ability to influence with peer group and management levels
  • Strong knowledge of the Pensions, Protection, Life, and Savings propositions in the market
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry and the legislative and regulatory framework
