Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Governance Manager to join our team at Aegon N.V. This is a key role that will play a critical part in helping us meet our financial and non-financial targets and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and governance reviews for our retail and workplace products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders across the Retail and Workplace proposition and operations teams.
  • Ensure all products are compliant with FCA regulations and are operated in accordance with Aegon product life cycle management, procedures and policies.
Requirements
  • Excellent understanding of Product Development Processes and Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Detailed understanding and working knowledge of pension and investment products including distribution on a platform.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - ability to analyse and understand complex regulatory and technical context.
  • A clear communication style and be able to present at different levels of technical knowledge.
