As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in upholding their exceptional standards and driving operational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of farm and poultry management practices, ensuring adherence to high operational standards.
  • Emphasize health, safety, and hygiene, guaranteeing optimal living conditions for the poultry.
  • Guide and support the Assistant Supervisor and Farm Workers in their daily responsibilities.
  • Oversee and regulate ventilation, heating, feeding, watering, and lighting systems to maintain ideal conditions.
  • Maintain precise records, manage inventory, and respond to alarms effectively.
  • Control budgets, monitor expenses, and contribute to financial insights.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in a comparable position is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of agricultural operations and poultry management.
  • Valid UK driving license.

Compensation Package

  • Competitive salary of £36,900.
