**Job Title:** Facilities Lettings Coordinator
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to assist with the delivery of our Facilities lettings. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the School Hire bookings website, maintaining regular contact with customers, and opening and closing the school for weekend bookings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the School Hire bookings website to ensure seamless customer experience
* Maintain regular contact with customers to address their queries and concerns
* Open and close the school for all weekend bookings
* Proactively advertise the lettings to the local community to increase bookings
**Requirements:**
* Enhanced DBS check
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
