About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Enablement Specialist to join our team at Ingredion UK Limited. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving the development, adoption, and optimization of digital tools and solutions to support our sales and marketing efforts in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Digital Enablement Plan - Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital enablement plan for the EMEA region, aligning with global and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage and Improve Tools, Processes, and Practices - Conduct regular assessments of current digital GTM tools and capabilities, defining and prioritizing key initiatives and projects to enhance digital enablement in the EMEA region.
  • Drive Analytics - Monitor and analyze usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement, developing an analysis reporting framework to inform business decisions.
  • Align to Best Practice - Act as a pioneer in using digital tools and new ways of working, effectively utilizing digital solutions to enable collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
  • Be a Solution Provider - Utilize and deploy customers' needs with a solution, uncovering key customer pain points and needs to generate value-adding solutions.
  • Internal Stakeholder Management - Develop effective working relationships across relevant functions, working with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of digital tools with other systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business and/or business technology-focused discipline.
  • Experience with data analytics, Salesforce, CRM, and other related sales and commercial processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with data management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as stakeholder management.
Desired Requirements
  • Experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) or GTM enablement-related activities in the EMEA region.
  • Salesforce certification is a plus (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in data analytics and translation of data into business value.
  • Experience in leading and managing complex projects with corresponding change management.
