As a Digital Enablement Specialist, you'll be a growth partner for our commercial & technical team, leveraging your strong commercial and data analytics experience to drive mutual value for our customers.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to drive digital transformation and make a meaningful impact on our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Digital Enablement Plan - Develop and maintain a digital enablement plan for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global and regional stakeholders.
  2. Manage and Improve Tools, Processes, and Practices - Conduct regular assessments of current digital GTM tools and capabilities, define key initiatives, and prioritize projects to enhance digital enablement.
  3. Drive Analytics - Monitor and analyze usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement, developing an analysis reporting framework.
  4. Align to Best Practice - Act as a pioneer in using digital tools and new ways of working, effectively utilizing digital solutions to collaborate with customers.
  5. Be a Solution Provider - Utilize and deploy customers' needs with a solution, uncovering key customer pain points and needs.
  6. Internal Stakeholder Management - Develop effective working relationships across relevant functions, ensuring integration of digital tools with other systems and processes.

Qualified Candidate:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business and/or business technology-focused discipline.
  • Experience with Data Analytics, Salesforce, CRM, and related sales and commercial processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with data management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as stakeholder management.

Desired Requirements:

  • Experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) or GTM enablement-related activities in the EMEA region.
  • Salesforce certification (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in data analytics and translating data into business value.
  • Experience in leading and managing complex projects with corresponding change management.
