Position Summary: We are in search of a skilled Logistics Operations Supervisor with a background in removals to oversee the comprehensive operations across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations across three locations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and coordinate activities in various departments, including Transport, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Oversee all removal processes, including collections, storage, and resource planning.
  • Ensure compliance with driving regulations and the Working Time Directive.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies and legal standards.
  • Supervise the operational standards and cleanliness of all depots.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, addressing complaints and compliance matters.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of CPC National/International or equivalent qualifications in transport operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in transport management.
  • Proficient in IT applications, particularly MS Word and Excel.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence is required.
