As a Residential Child Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young people. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each young person receives the support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our team
- Work closely with external agencies to ensure seamless care and support
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
- Level 3 or 4 Children and Young People's Workforce qualification or equivalent
- 1 year's experience supporting young people in a children's residential setting
- Full UK manual driving license (preferred)
