We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Handler to join our Motor Claims team at Davies Group Ltd. As a Claims Handler, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a professional and empathetic service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of Pre-Litigated Motor Claims, including personal injury from inception to settlement.
- Maintain accurate data on relevant case management systems.
- Comply with set client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure quality service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard.
- Allocate new claims and set strategies.
- Carry out supervisory tasks appropriate to level.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior team members.
- Undertake additional tasks provided by the Team Leader.
- Attend Client review meetings and assist with client project work where applicable.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with Clients.
- Minimum 5 years claims handling experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Supervisory experience is desirable.
- The ability to manage own volume workload via task management.
- The ability to work as a team and independently.
- Strong Client relationship skills.
