The Role
We are currently seeking a Guest Experience Manager to join our dynamic team at Point A Hotel.
This role is primarily focused on maintaining a consistent delivery of outstanding boutique service experiences for all guests.
As a member of our caring team, you will play a crucial role in our operations and contribute significantly to our mission.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and achieving mystery guest score targets.
- Maintaining accurate and on-brand property communications, including marketing materials and written correspondence.
- Collaborating with the operations team to develop local partnerships that enhance guest experiences.
- Addressing guest feedback and ensuring it aligns with our guest profile.
- Assuming managerial duties in the absence of the manager and leading guest experience initiatives and training.
- Providing support to your cluster as needed.
