Guest Experience Supervisor

Strand Palace Hotel is seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our guest services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the guest services team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Experience in hospitality or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of property management systems is an advantage
