We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and service-oriented Guest Relations Supervisor to join our Front Office team.

As Guest Relations Supervisor you will:

- Lead the Guest Relations team in the daily Front Office operation
- Train and coach junior members of the team
- Creating and arranging amenities to surprise and delight our guests.
- Having presence in the lobby, meeting, greeting and providing assistance to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Liaising with all departments to ensure all guests needs and expectations are met.
- Liaising with guests, finding out their preferences and updating their Opera profiles.
- Managing and swiftly resolving guest complaints.
- Being the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensuring all departments are fully briefed on their requirements.
- Serving as a main point of contact for long-stay guests to ensure consistency

Our most successful Guest Relations Supervisor is someone who:

- Has previous experience working in the Front Office department of a five-star hotel
- Understands the impact of their job in the overall guest experience
- Anticipate our guests needs and be able to thing outside the box to create tailored experiences that leave our guests with lasting memories

- Someone who is naturally engaging and attentive with an eye for detail
- A self-starter who is intuitive and dependable
- Is a team player
