The Student Service Delivery (SSD) team provides enquiry management and information services through the University's student portal, CRM, and unified telephony.

As part of the SSD team, the Future Students Enquiries team provides customer-focused enquiry management and conversion processes for prospective students, applicants, and agents.

The Future Students Enquiries Coordinator will lead and coach a team of administrators to provide enquiry management and general assistance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a team of Future Student Enquiries Administrators
  • Provide enquiry management and general assistance services to prospective students, applicants, and agents
  • Collaborate with other student service providers to ensure consistent and collaborative service delivery
  • Set and monitor service standards to drive future service improvements
