Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project delivery outputs, including programme, financial position, health and safety, and environmental performance.
  • Lead and develop staff, interact with clients, and ensure compliance with contract conditions and commercial awareness.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring Health and Safety regulations are met, and compliance with company systems.
  • Liaise with clients, manage project teams, and ensure financial performance of projects.
  • Produce project performance reports, participate in financial reviews, and comply with company procedures.
  • Estimate, quote, establish price variations, prepare documentation, and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Attend meetings, ensure compliance with contract documentation requirements.

Requirements:

  • Industry-applicable qualification, H&S qualifications, NEC contracts experience.
  • Experience in water and sewage industries, working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Strong team player, excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize workload and make decisions for project success.
