Bid Manager

Bridge Recruitment UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial tendering process, leading on bid and proposal development, and managing the bid team.
Key Responsibilities:- Commercial Tendering: Manage the commercial tendering process, ensuring timely visibility of all opportunities.
- Bid and Proposal Development: Lead on, write and project manage bids and proposals from beginning to end.
- Bid Team Management: Manage and oversee the bid team during the bid process, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Quality Assurance: Responsible for the quality of all aspects of the bid, including written documentation and presentation material.
- Customer Relationship: Customer relationship focused with great commercial awareness.
- Project Management: Ability to effectively prioritize a busy workload and meet project deadlines with proven project management skills.
- Commercial Awareness: Experienced in bid writing and working knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud is an advantage.
Requirements:
- UK driving license.
