We are a leading commercial recruitment agency, and we are currently seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Bid Manager to lead our commercial tendering process, develop and manage the bid team, and ensure timely visibility of all opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a successful strategy for winning bids, including identifying unique selling points and understanding customer requirements.
- Manage the commercial tendering process, including writing high-quality text and ensuring consistency of responses.
- Lead on, write, and project manage bids and proposals from beginning to end.
- Manage and oversee the bid team during the bid process, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collate bid feedback and assist with the review of contract performance.
- Prepare and maintain high-quality responses for future use.
Requirements
- Customer relationship focused and a great commercial awareness.
- Ability to effectively prioritise a busy workload and meet project deadlines with proven project management skills.
- UK driving licence.
