Role Responsibilities

We are looking for a remarkable Bank Care Assistant who is committed to delivering high-quality care.

Located in a serene environment, Cygnet St Teilo House is a 23-bed facility specializing in high-support inpatient rehabilitation for women, ensuring a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Our service is designed to foster recovery, emphasizing personal space, privacy, and dignity.

Through a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach, we provide exceptional care using our unique four-stage model tailored for mental health high-dependency rehabilitation services.

Our person-centered service is crafted with wellness in mind, offering a secure and nurturing environment that promotes effective rehabilitation and recovery. We are dedicated to understanding, stabilizing, and breaking the cycles of trauma that can affect our service users' lives.

Daily Duties

  • Provide enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all individuals in our care.
  • Offer guidance and encouragement through both physical and emotional support.
  • Understand individual needs and provide assistance in the most suitable manner.
  • Assist with medical and welfare requirements.
  • Report on medical and welfare needs as necessary.
  • Ensure safeguarding measures are in place.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for everyone.
