Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all areas of the care home are clean and sanitized to the highest standards, including furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness, minimizing disruption to service users and their care.
  • Develop effective relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Work independently, using initiative to maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness within the home.
  • Use a variety of cleaning products, adhering to COSHH regulations and guidelines.
