About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at The Recruitment Solution (London) Ltd. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers into the service reception, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Book in vehicles and raise job cards, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded.
  • Gain authorizations for work to be carried out, communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Liaise with the workshop team to ensure that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system, ensuring that customers are provided with a seamless experience.
  • Cost and invoice jobs, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide excellent customer handovers, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service they have received.
  • Upsell and promote additional services to customers, increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a motor trade environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of RTC, One Link, and Kerridge systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
