About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with our Estate Agency team, conducting appointments, and providing advice on a range of products and services to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Relationships: You will work closely with our Estate Agency team to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Conducting Appointments: You will conduct 2 to 3 appointments a day, providing advice and guidance to our customers.
  • Product and Service Advice: You will provide advice on a range of products and services to meet our customers' needs, including mortgage options and financial planning.
  • Business Development: You will be responsible for attracting new customers and business, while also meeting your professional goals within a result-driven environment.
Requirements
  • Resilience and Positive Attitude: You will need to be resilient, positive, and have a friendly can-do attitude to succeed in this role.
  • Strong Sales Skills: You will need to have a strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completion.
  • Motivation and Ambition: You will need to be motivated to be successful and achieve your professional goals.
  • Customer Focus: You will need to always do the right thing by the customer and provide excellent customer service.
  • Attention to Detail: You will need to be able to work under pressure and build strong alliances, while also paying attention to detail.
  • Good Communication Skills: You will need to have good customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with our customers and colleagues.
  • Full UK Driving License: You will need to have a full UK driving license to be able to travel to appointments and meetings.
