Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in Bedford, working in our well-known estate agency, Taylors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion
  • Optimise opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
