We are looking for a motivated individual to take on the role of Business Administration Trainee. This position involves a range of administrative responsibilities and providing essential support to our operations.

  • Interacting with clients through various communication methods
  • Making outbound calls to current and prospective clients
  • Organizing email communications and maintaining a tidy mailbox
  • Efficiently handling general office duties
  • Accurately entering data and preparing reports
  • Employing specialized software, spreadsheets, and Microsoft tools
  • Supporting your colleagues and other departments with various tasks
Requirements:
  • Minimum qualifications of GCSEs in Mathematics and English
  • A sincere interest in the business sector
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
